She started her career with Nyakato Primary school as primary school teacher then joined Mwanza City council as Ward community development officer.She has over 21 years of professional experience in practice, training and consulting. Adily is currently working as community development Officer Mwanza City Council.Adily holds Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Certificate Of Teaching Grade A, Training on the use of communication toolkit for prevention of violence against Children and Care Support of most vulnerable children, Other Priority population and their families, Adily is serving as committee member of Igoma Health Center.
