Having worked in the public sector for over 35 years, He has gained adequate experience in project planning and management, financial management, personnel administration, communication and computer skills, He had also the privilege of attending various seminars, workshops and  conferences on various social, economic and cultural sectors

From 2004 to date have been coordinating the community-based programs of Mwanza Outreach Care and Support Organization (an NGO) in Mwanza Region The programs provided included care and support to people living with HIV and AIDS (PLHA), orphans and Most vulnerable children (OVC and MVCs) and the elderly members of the community. The PLHA and OVC/MVC care and support programs received financial and technical support from the government of the USA through the PEPFAR/USAID, UKAID, The Conrad Hilton Foundation and BMS Foundation of South Africa.

From 2004 he has worked with the following partners in the implementation of these programs: The Ministry of Health, community development, gender, the elderly and children., PO-RALG (Mwanza City Council, Ilemela Municipal Council, Magu Sengerema, Misungwi and Ukerewe District Councils) CARE International, Deloitte Consulting, Family Health International, Catholic Relief Services, IMA World Health, PLAN International, Pact Tanzania, Jhpiego, NPI Expand and Americares Foundation.
