About Us

Mwanza Outreach Care and Support Organization is a registered non-governmental organization with registration certificate Number 00NGO/00006488 dated 2 August 2013.

Mwanza Outreach Care and Support Organization is guided by its Constitution which has established the Governing Board that oversees the activities of the organization. The Board meets regularly to receive and review program implementation progress reports, identify and address challenges and chart a way forward. The Board reports to the Annual General Meeting of the organization.

To mitigate the impact of HIV and AIDS and to reduce poverty and discrimination in the country through effective partnerships, networking, cooperation and collaboration with other stake holders.

An HIV and AIDS-free Tanzania in which all people enjoy socio-economic development, sustainable care and support and lead dignified lives.

To contribute to HIV/AIDS free society by initiating and participating in community based HIV infection prevention, care and support for the affected and other impact mitigation activities.

To participate in the fight against poverty and discrimination by ensuring that orphans and vulnerable children, the elderly, people with disabilities and the under-privileged members of the community in Tanzania can access opportunities for social and economic development.
